Fueling Life combines expertly designed weekly lessons with personalized coaching to empower participants with the tools and knowledge to build sustainable health habits. Christine also offers one-on-one health coaching. As a licensed/credentialed medical healthcare professional, Christine works together with her clients to maintain or achieve an optimal state of health and wellness or address chronic conditions and/or health risks.
