Testimonials

See how Christine’s personalized approach has empowered clients to achieve their wellness goals.
I first met Christine almost 20 years ago. At the time, I had already adopted what I thought was a healthy lifestyle – eating well, exercising regularly, and maintaining a good weight. I had no idea how much I didn’t know and that there was so much more to learn until I started working with Christine. Christine educates me with nutrition, physical health, and well-being information regularly. She is an encyclopedia of health and wellness. Working with Christine has helped me to maintain my overall health and well-being. She is my teacher, mentor, consultant, and most importantly “Friend for Life.” I feel blessed and lucky to know her.
Christine has been incredible since I met her in 2017 after my heart surgeries. She greeted my wife and me with enthusiasm, quickly customized our exercise programs, and was always ready to offer guidance. I was so impressed that I hired her as my personal health coach. Christine is the perfect blend of fitness coach, nutritionist, counselor, and friend, with a great sense of humor and spiritual insights. She’s the total package, and I’m thrilled to have her as my coach!
Christine is such a ray of sunshine and a force for good. She has so much knowledge and experience and she seems to be constantly learning and using all of that to try and help people. I absolutely love her program, which has saved me from traveling along a much less healthy path through middle age. Her attitude toward life in general, though, is an inspiration.
