Fueling Life combines expertly designed weekly lessons with personalized coaching to empower participants with the tools and knowledge to build sustainable health habits. Each session is tailored to real-life challenges, ensuring meaningful, long-term results for individuals and teams alike.

Wellness coaching is designed to guide otherwise “healthy” individuals who desire to maintain or improve overall general health status which usually includes smoking cessation, increased physical activity, eating well and general weight management.
What is the time commitment?
Sessions meet weekly for the first 12 weeks, changing to bi-weekly for the next 5 months and then monthly for the last 4 months. Twenty-six total sessions are completed, each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. Additional time outside of sessions maybe spent completing brief worksheets or logging/tracking food and/or physical activity.
What should I complete each week?
Each week, you’ll read a lesson, complete a short worksheet, and reflect on your progress. These activities guide discussions during coaching sessions and help develop personalized strategies.
How do I access the content?
Sessions may be delivered on-site, virtually or hybrid. Workbook materials are provided as a downloadable pdf.
